Our websites are hosted on servers in Switzerland or the EU. All service providers used are contractually obliged to comply with data protection regulations. The KIVY chatbot service is operated via Maxomedia AG infrastructure.

7. Cookies

Our websites use technically necessary cookies, which are required for the operation of the website. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies from third parties.

8. Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics (GA4). IP addresses are transmitted anonymized. Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

9. Contact Form & Email

If you contact us, we store your details for processing your inquiry. This data will be deleted after complete processing.

10. KIVY Chatbot

During registration, we process name, email, company name and website URL. Customer data is not used for training general AI models.

Use of OpenAI

Maxomedia AG uses the AI services of OpenAI, LLC. Requests are transmitted to the OpenAI API for processing. OpenAI does not use this data to train its models (Zero Data Retention Policy).

We use technical and organizational security measures. Transmission takes place encrypted via HTTPS.
